    You might ask why we separate the two ideas.  Aren’t they one and the same?  They’re not.  Reducing stress and negativity is, of course, very important.  It helps remove the barriers to wellbeing.  But building positivity and wellbeing is a process in and of itself.

Online Workshops and Trainings

That’s where we can help.  Whether it’s for professional people to feel happier, more creative, and some peace, We provide dynamic and engaging workshops that do two important things.

 First, we engage people right away so they feel safe, energized, and ready to learn more about themselves and others.  We do so by combining humor, action and expressive techniques, art therapy, and storytelling with our extensive background in group process.

Next, we teach simple but highly effective techniques for managing stress, improving wellbeing, preventing burnout, and building team/interpersonal morale.
